TIMES SQUARE!! If I were to describe it, I can say that it is a one big bowl of mix salad. A chaotic order with its own share of flavor. I remember my friend Mayet (a cabin crew from Emirates Airlines) told me before that what I will be seeing in Times Square are just people…people and people, and I must say she was very accurate.
As New York’s major commercial intersection (and new year’s hub), it is understandable that this place will be what it is today. There are a lot of humungous electronic billboards in every corner you will look. A number of retails shops and restaurants surrounding the square will surely catch the attention of tourists who are starting to panic buy. Posters of Broadway shows luring you to buy tickets for the prime show (no complain here).
(Zna and I were billboard superstars in Times Square!)
Aside from all the complains that I have from this place (mainly really the uncontrollable crowd), these complains are what made this place one of New York’s best attraction! Simply put, this is New York! (Aside from being Broadway’s location) If you can just sit along the provided bleachers, or the red foldable chairs and watch the crowd, you’ll start to appreciate what you are seeing… The multicultural environment interacting with one another..interacting with the space..interacting with NEW YORK.
From chaos you can find order, and Times Square embodied it perfectly, and this what makes it BEAUTIFUL
